Leaders from Transitional Council visit Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Aden

Two members of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Lawyer Niran Hassan Sooki, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, and Eng. Nizar Haitham, Head of the Executive Body for the Transitional Council in the Capital, Aden, paid an inspection visit on Monday to the College of Dentistry at the University of Aden.

During the inspection visit, which was accompanied by the Vice-Chairman of the National Media Authority, Head of the Radio and Television Sector, Mukhtar Al-Yafei, Niran Sooki and Nizar Haitham listened from the Dean of the College, Dr. Mohammad Hassan Al-Saqqaf, to a detailed explanation of the conditions of the college and the progress of the educational process in it, as well as the difficulties and obstacles that face the Deanship and teaching staff at the faculty.

The two members of the Presidency of the Council praised the performance of the staff of the College of Dentistry and its Deanship for what was distinguished by it in terms of public order, updates and privileges for the students enrolled in it, as well as the educational clinics of excellence, which constituted a pioneering step towards advancement in the name of the University of Aden, stressing the Deanship of the College and its academic staff on the need to do more efforts to raise the name of the college in particular and the university in general and to reach the appropriate level of the university.

After that, Sooki, Nizar Haitham and Mukhtar Al-Yafei toured the departments of the college, and got acquainted with the needs of the college and its students.

On the sidelines of their visit, Sooki and Haitham Al Yafei attended the signing ceremony of an agreement of understanding between the Deanship of the College and the Co-Workers Association.
