Major General Bin Brik and Lamlas visit the southern military sit-in camp in Borika

Major General Ahmed Saeed Bin Braik, the Acting President of the Southern Transitional Council, Chairman of the National Assembly, and Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council, Governor of the capital Aden, visited on Monday, the southern military sit-in camp located in front of the gate of the Arab Coalition leadership In Borika.

Major General Ahmed Saeed Bin Brik and Lamlas confirmed that the Transitional Council stands firmly with the sit-downs to obtain their legitimate rights, noting that contact has been made with the Yemeni government and the presidency to end this suffering, promising for a near breakthrough in reaching a solution to implement their demands.

Major General Ahmed Saeed Bin Brik said that "the delayed salaries will be scheduled at the rate of two months' salary every month, due to the financial deficit caused by the deterioration of the local currency."

In turn, the Secretary General, Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, said, "This group of people has spared their life in the service of the southern homeland, and we cannot forget them, and we are on their side."

The governor added: "Our presence in this position is to serve you, and if we are not able to serve you in obtaining your legitimate rights in full, then this position is useless."

Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik and Mr. Ahmed Lamlas, upon their arrival at the sit-in camp, were received by Major General Saleh Ali Zangul, Chairman of the Supreme Commission for the Army and Southern Security, and his deputy Brigadier General Saleh al-Qadi, and his second deputy, and the spokesperson for the commission, Brigadier General Naji al-Arabi, and a number of southern leaders , officers and soldiers who have been sitting in front of the coalition gate for nearly 100 days.
