The General Secretariat reviews the economic scene and job discipline

The General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held on Monday, its periodic meeting headed by Mr. Fadl Mohammad Al-Jaadi, the Assistant Secretary-General.

The meeting reviewed the economic scene report submitted by the Economic Department, and included most prominent updates of this scene and the state of economic deterioration in the capital Aden and the South in general, and its effects on the living conditions of the people, reviewing the size of the crises facing the citizens, foremost of which is the problem of the domination on lands, the increase in foreign currency exchange rate and the policy of starvation, and illegal displacement, random construction, collapse of tourism, smuggling, oil derivatives crisis, and plundering oil revenues, and other issues.

The meeting reviewed the report of the Administrative and Financial Department in the General Secretariat on the level of job discipline for the month of September 2020, including percentage of discipline in details for the staff of the Secretariat and its departments.

The meeting also discussed the ongoing preparations for the celebration of the glorious October 14th Revolution anniversary, stressing on the importance of the celebration of this glorious day in a manner that befits its national and historical value.

The meeting was informed about the media department's preparations to hold a workshop on the southern media's speech "reality and outcomes."

The meeting also reviewed the reports of the activities of the General Secretariat departments during the past week, and also reviewed the minutes of its previous meeting, with its outcomes and recommendations, and approved it.
