Major General Bin Brik chairs the periodic meeting of Administrative Board of the National Assembly

Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, Acting President of the Southern Transitional Council, Chairman of the National Assembly, chaired on Thursday at the Assembly's headquarters, the monthly periodic meeting of the Administrative Board of the National Assembly.

The meeting that included the members of the Presidency of the Council, the two vice-Chairmen of the National Assembly, Lawyer Niran Sooki, and Mr. Lotfi Shatara, and the deputy heads of the committees in the Assembly, reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting of the Administrative Board of the National Assembly were, and discussed the report of the Secretary between the two sessions and the directions of the work of the National Assembly in light of the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement .

In the meeting, a number of workshops were approved to determine the tasks of the members of the National Assembly and the bodies of the Transitional Council in light of the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement, and the relationship with the members who will be within the state apparatus, and the relationship between the bodies of the Transitional Council and government institutions, in addition to a conceptualization of a draft publication of the Parliament of the South about the Assembly National Southern Transitional Council.

The meeting also dealt with issues related to the political and military aspects, as well as services, and the delay in delivering salaries of the military, as the heads of the committees were assigned to organize visits to the military sit-in camp located in front of the Arab coalition headquarters in the city of Borika during the coming period.
