Al-Khubaji meets the Russian ambassador to Yemen

Dr. Nasser Al-Khubaji, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Head of the Negotiations Affairs Unit, head of the Follow-up Committee for the Implementation of the Riyadh Agreement received on Sunday at his residence in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, Mr. Vladimir Didoshkin, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Russia to Yemen.

In the meeting, Dr. Nasser Al-Khubaji presented a full explanation on the cooperation of the Southern Transitional Council in implementing the Riyadh Agreement, praising the role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its efforts in following up and sponsoring the procedures of implementing this Agreement.

For his part, the Russian ambassador praised the signing of the Riyadh Agreement and the position of the Transitional Council and its cooperation to implement the agreement, and stressed on his support for the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement as a first step for the overall political process.
