Chairman of the National Assembly meets members of the South-South Accord commission
The Chairman of the National Assembly, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Maj. Gen. Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, met on Monday at the National Assembly headquarter in Aden the capital with members of the South-South Accord Commission.
The meeting discussed the events on the southern scene, and ways to unify the southern row.
General Ben Brik stressed that the Transitional Council is keen to bring together all southerners for the southern cause and achieve the goal of the people of the south in their fair and legitimate demands.
For his part, the Secretary General of the Accord commission, Saeed Al-Yahri expressed his happiness for this meeting and praised the role of the Transitional Council in Jeddah dialogue, which Saudi Arabia called for, stressing on the support of the Commission and its support for the Transitional Council and its efforts in arranging the situation of the south and immune from any breaches of anti-southern forces and their cause.
