The Southern Transitional Council signs an agreement with Arab Institute for Advanced Training
The Southern Transitional Council, represented by Major General Ahmed Said Ben Brik, Chairman of the National Assembly, member of the Presidency of the Transitional Council, signed on Saturday an agreement in the Egyptian capital Cairo with the Arab Institute for Advanced Training, represented by Mr. Sayed Zaghloul, Head of the Institute.
The agreement states that the Arab Institute shall train the cadres and members of the National Assembly of the Transitional Council and other Transitional Council bodies through a number of agreed training programs aimed at raising and enhancing the capacities and level of the members of the National Assembly and the various transitional bodies and developing their technical skills in political and strategic aspects.
The agreement also included programs in administration, art of communication and dialogue, new media, crisis management, countering rumors, parliamentary legislation, international covenants, and human rights.
