Al-Khubbaji and Al-Ghaithi Chair Meeting of Field Teams and LLEBs Heads in Governorates of the South

The supervisory committee of the field teams for raising political awareness and conducting surveys and evaluations of organizational work, headed by Dr. Nasser Al-Khubbaji, head of the political commission and head of the Negotiations Affairs Unit, held a meeting today, Wednesday, in the capital, Aden, with the heads of the field teams and the heads of the local leadership executive bodies (LLEBs) of the STC in the governorates of the South.

The meeting, which was attended by Mr. Mohammed Al-Ghaithi, member of the STC Presidium and head of the Consultation and Reconciliation Commission (CRC) supporting the PLC, included a discussion of the efforts of the field teams in raising political awareness and organizational work to achieve the political and organizational goals of the STC. In addition to that, the arrangements and plans presented by the field teams were reviewed during the meeting, and the spotlight was shed on the challenges that may encounter them.

During the meeting, Dr. Nasser Al-Khubaji underscored the imperative of enhancing political awareness among the people of the South, stressing the need to find out about citizens concerns and aspirations at this critical period.

Al-Khubaji indicated the priority of building bridges with the society to understand their issues and work towards providing suitable solutions, serving the STC political and organizational goals, and affirmed that enhancing political awareness is key to realizing the aspirations of the people of the South and ensuring success in the coming phase.

In turn, Mr. Mohammed Al-Ghaithi stressed the need to conduct an accurate and comprehensive assessment of the reality of the situation in various districts and governorates of the South, underscoring the importance of this assessment in objectively identifying needs and challenges, which would contribute to developing effective action plans that bolster the STC presence and fulfill the aspirations of the people of the South at this critical juncture.
