The acting president of the STC has highlighted the significance of joint security coordination between the two peoples, stressing the need to find effective solutions to the pressing issues of unlicensed migration, the daily influx of refugees, and the acts of piracy in the Arabian Sea, and the resulting dangers that threaten international shipping lanes, particularly in light of the Houthi militia's ongoing threats to maritime navigation.
For his part, the Somali ambassador has appreciated the efforts exerted by the STC, led by President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the STC and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), to ease all difficulties facing the Somali embassy in the capital, Aden, in order to carry out its duties and tasks in the best possible way, expressing satisfaction with the recent security improvements in the capital, Aden, and across South.
