Al-Muharrami: The Abyan attack is a heinous crime, and we vow to fight terrorism until its eradication


Mr. Abdul-Rahman Abu Zara'a al-Muharrami, Deputy President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), and Commander of the Southern Giants Brigades, has strongly condemned the cowardly terrorist attack that targeted a military site belonging to the 3rd Support and Reinforcement Brigade on Friday morning in Mudiyah district, east of Abyan governorate, which resulted in the martyrdom of a number of soldiers and left others injured. 

Mr. al-Muharrami, in a post on his official account on the "X" platform, stated, "This heinous crime reminds us that the war on terrorism is not just a confrontation, but rather a fateful battle in which we face the most perilous threats that target the homeland, its security, and its stability."

al-Muharrami reaffirmed the unwavering commitment to courageously pursue the war against terrorism in all its affiliations and different denominations until its complete eradication, commending the steadfastness and valor of the heroes of the forces in the face of this threat and emphasizing that their sacrifices will not be in vain.

al-Muharrami called on the regional and international community to assume its responsibilities in supporting the armed forces at all levels to achieve a decisive victory in the battle against terrorist groups.

He concluded his post by praying to Allah, the Almighty, to grant the martyrs of the terrorist attack His vast mercy and the wounded a speedy recovery.
