As per the directives of President Aidarous Al-Zoubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), Lawyer Niran Souqi, head of the Humanitarian Aid and Relief Commission (HARC) of the Presidium of the STC, paid today, Saturday, an inspection visit to reassure on the conditions of the bereaved family and the afflicted people as a result of the blaze that erupted at a house in Al-Zaytoun neighbourhood in Al-Qaloa'a area yesterday, Friday.
During the visit, the lawyer Souqi, accompanied by Mr. Ahmed Abdi, head of the local leadership executive body of Al-Tawahi district, was briefed on the damage caused by the fire, which caused the death toll of two women. Souqi offered President Al-Zoubaidi’s deep condolences to the bereaved family of Mr. Munir Mohammad Abdul Hamid Khadabakhsh with this major loss, praying to Allah, the Almighty, to bestow His vast mercy on the victims, dwell them in His paradises, rest their souls in peace, and wish the injured a prompt recovery.
Lawyer Niran assured the bereaved family of the great attention given by President Al-Zoubaidi as his excellency directed the Council’s HARC to inspect the conditions and provide all necessary care and assistance to the families, who, in turn, expressed their gratitude to President Al-Zoubaidi for alleviating their suffering and conditions and consoling them as a result of this tragic incident.
It is worth noticing that President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi sent yesterday, Friday, a cable of condolence as a result of the massive fire that broke out in Al-Qaloa'a, causing the death toll of two women and the injury of a number of family members, and directed HARC to prioritize assistance and stand with the families affected to ameliorate their plight.
