Dr. Al-Khubaji highlighted during the meeting, which was attended by the political team of the UN Special Envoy's office in Aden, the need to end the stalemate in the political process by exerting pressure to fulfil all obligations and agreements, including the formation of the joint negotiating delegation of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) and the development of a special negotiating framework for the cause of the South.
