The National Southern Media Authority (NSMA) of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) has issued today, Tuesday, Circular No. (3) for the year 2023 regarding organizing visits of media delegations and media visitors.
The following is the full text of Circular No. (3) of 2023:
Regarding the organization of media delegation visits
For the sake of regulating the profession of media and due to the total absence of the role of the Ministry of Information in the power-sharing government and its absolute absence on the soil of the homeland, the following was decided:
Those planning to visit the South from foreign or Arab media delegations, or when organizing media visits to the land of the South from media delegations, or receiving correspondents for newspapers, TV channels, and others, have to coordinate and obtain licenses from NSMA in advance by visiting the main headquarters in Al-Binjsar neighborhood, next to the tourist pier, al-Tawahi district, Aden, or contact the following e-mail:
NSMA will welcomely work to facilitate all the procedures required for the success of any visit in line with the laws in force and draw attention to the fact that the procedures for visas and entry into the country and easing the movement of paid visits in the capital, Aden, and the governorates of the South are connected to commitment to the aforementioned procedures.
