Dr. Nasser Al-Khubaji, member of the presidency of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), head of the Negotiations Unit, on Thursday, in the capital, Aden, chaired an expanded meeting with the bodies of the STC.
The meeting, which was attended by several members of the STC's Presidium, heads of bodies, executive leaders of the STC, and the negotiating team, was devoted to studying the latest developments in peace efforts to start a comprehensive political process and related challenges at the local, regional, and international levels.
The meeting affirmed supporting the efforts of the official brothers in the Arab coalition led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all regional and international endeavours to end the war and cease-fire and end all issues and crises, foremost of which is the cause of the people of the South.
Dr. Al-Khubaji urged the STC's bodies to redouble their efforts and communicate with all national forces, specialists, and competencies in the South in a way that contributes to achieving the aspirations of the people of the South to restore and build their independent, fully sovereign federal state on the pre-May 1990 borders.
