The Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council holds its weekly meeting chaired by Al-Jadi

The Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held its weekly meeting, chaired by Mr. Fadhl Mohammed Al-Jadi, Assistant Secretary General of the Presidency of the Transitional Council.

The meeting previewed the political analytical report submitted by the Political Department of the General Secretariat on the results of the Riyadh Agreement, which was signed last week between the Southern Transitional Council and the legitimate government, under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

The Presidency discussed the level of services in water and electricity sectors and the salaries payment mechanism.

The Presidency demanded to stop the illegal disbursement of money in the electricity sector, which increased the problems of this sector.

The meeting praised the steadfastness of the Southern Armed Forces in the province of Dhali in the face of Iranian Houthi militias and the victories they achieve every day.

The meeting warned of the danger of provocations carried out by some units belonging to legitimacy in the provinces of Abyan and Shabwa to complicate the security situation and to obstruct and derail the Riyadh agreement, in which the meeting appreciated the efforts of the Arab Coalition leadership to stop these acts.

The meeting also condemned the provocative activities carried out by some Yemeni government leaders in Al-Mahra and Wadi Hadramout recently with the aim of impeding the implementation of the results of the Riyadh agreement.

The Presidency requested the leadership of the Arab Coalition to take an action towards those leaders, who serve with their actions absurd Houthi militias and serve the service of the Qatari-Iranian project in the region.
