The General Secretariat holds its regular meeting and discusses latest updates on southern scene

The General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held on Monday its weekly regular meeting, chaired by the Assistant Secretary-General, Fadhl Mohammed Al-Jadi.

The meeting discussed the latest updates on the southern scene during the past two weeks and the work mechanism of the services institutions, including the electricity power and water institutions, and Aden refinery.

The meeting praised the people of the South for their active participation in the rally of stability and empowerment called for by the trade unions and civil society organizations.

The meeting reviewed the decisions taken by some ministers in the so-called legitimate government, which aim to disrupt the citizens life, and stressed on the importance of public and private facilities and institutions to keep running and to play their roles in serving the citizens and to redouble the efforts to implement the plans and programs set for these facilities and institutions.

The meeting also stressed on the necessity of activating the police stations in Aden the capital to enhance the role of security.
