NSMA's Deputy Head Meets with Netherlands TV Delegation


Mr. Mukhtar Al-Yafe'y, the deputy head of the National Southern Media Authority (NSMA) in the Southern Transitional Council (PLC), met on Thursday in his office in the capital Aden with Ms. Daisy Moore, the Netherlands TV delegate, as a part of a visit conducted by the Netherlands media delegation.

In the meeting, Mr. Al-Yafe'y discussed tourism-related topics and the role of official and independent media institutions in the Netherlands to advance and promote the tourism sector in the capital, Aden, and the governorates of the South, as well as training and qualifying media members.

Al-Yafe'y expressed full readiness to ease the work of the Netherlands media delegation, provide all the necessary facilities for the success of its mediaic work, and reflect the rosy picture of the city of Aden and the bright face of the South and its kind-hearted people.

For her part, Ms. Daisy Moore praised the warm reception, affirming that the city of Aden and the entire region in general enjoy safety and normal life, contrary to the disinformation, and pointing out that she will convey and reflect this positive impression that she perceived during this visit.

After that, the delegation paid a visit to the training and qualification sector of NSMA and was briefed by Dr.Abdullah Al-Hawshabi, the head of the sector, who gave a satisfied explanation of the sector's sections and the courses it held for young people, both males and females, and university students, and Ms. Moore expressed her admiration and praise for this important training edifice.
