Members of the External Southern National Dialogue Team (ESNDT), headed by Mr. Ahmed Omar bin Farid, deputy head of the ESNDT, on Saturday, in Jeddah, met a number of the prominent businessmen.
The meeting discussed obstacles that hinder investors, including political decisions or legislation, lack of guarantees, further to corruption that may exist, giving a summary on the importance of Aden seaport and its advantages that seems to have not been exploited yet.
During the meeting, the deputy head and members of the ESNDT listened to some experiences of the investors who had previous experience, and endeavors to major investment in service and development fields, including energy, transport and seaport.
The deputy head and members of the ESNDT affirmed that they will submit recommendations and remarks to concerned authorities, wishing to continue communication with them in reconsidering political decisions that facilitate the investment processes.
