President Al-Zubaidi receives Leadership of the Socialist Party
The President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), the Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, at his residence in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on Monday evening, received leaders of the Yemeni Socialist Party headed by the Secretary-General of the party, Mr. Abdul Rahman Omar Al-Saqqaf.
In the meeting, the president Al-Zubaidi reviewed the latest political situation on the national and regional levels in light of the developments resulting from Riyadh consultations.
During the meeting, the president stressed importance of uniting potentialities, rejecting division, and strengthening the national alignment in the face of the common enemy represented by Iranian-backed Houthi militia.
For their part, the leaders of the Socialist Party offered congratulations to the president Al-Zubaidi on the formation of the Presidential Leadership Council, and the success of Riyadh consultations, stressing their support to the leadership of the Council, and their full cooperation with it to accomplish its heavy national tasks at this historical stage.
