STC Secretary-General Visits Aden International Airport
The Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidium of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Mr. Abdulrahman Jalal Shaher, conducted on Monday an inspection visit to Aden International Airport.
During the visit, the Secretary-General received a detailed briefing from the Chairman of the Civil Aviation and Meteorology Authority (CAMA), Captain Saleh Salem bin Nuhaid, and the Director-General of Aden International Airport, Haitham Jaber, on the progress of work in the airport's various technical and service facilities and departments and the measures taken to develop operations and ensure the smooth flow of air traffic and passengers.
The Secretary-General lauded the efforts made by the airport's board of directors (BoD) and its technical and administrative staff, reaffirming the STC's support, under the leadership of President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, for all ongoing efforts to provide whatever is required to bolster and develop the service of Aden International Airport, as the main aerial gateway to the capital, Aden, and the South.
