Eng. Adnan Al-Kaf, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Chairman of the Relief Committee of the Council, Undersecretary of Aden the Capital for Development Affairs, along with Eng. Nizar Haitham, member of the Presidency of the Council, Head of the Transitional Council Executive in the capital, Aden, today, Sunday, and under directives of the President The Southern Transitional Council, President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, paid an inspection visit to the city of Crater to inspect the damage caused by the recent events in the city.
The visit was accompanied by Mr. Mukhtar Al-Yafei, Vice-Chairman of the National Southern Media Authority, Head of the Radio and Television Sector, and Dr. Bassem Mansoor, Head of the Media information Department in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council, and Brigadier Ahmed Hassan, Head of the Security Department of the Council, in which Al-Kaf and Haitham toured the neighborhoods of Crater city, and inspected the damages caused by the terrorist outlawed elements during the security campaign launched by the security forces of the capital, Aden, to track and seize them.
During the visit, the leaders of the Transitional Council got briefed on the conditions of the citizens in the city and the materialistic and psychological damage they suffered of as a result of the clashes that took place in the city.
In their visit, the Transitional Council leaders followed up with the Director General of Electricity Salem Al-Walidy, the process of repairing the harms caused to the electricity as a result of the clashes in Crater, in addition to the repairs that are taking place in the water network.
The leaders of the Transitional Council reassured the residents of Crater about the stability of the security situation, assuring them of the council’s keenness to follow up with the competent authorities to provide the necessary needs to normalize life in the city.
