President Al-Zubaidi issues decision of the formation of Supreme Committee for Legal Affairs of Southern Transitional Council
The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, issued Resolution No. 76 of 2021 regarding the formation of the Supreme Committee for Legal Affairs of the Southern Transitional Council.
The decision included the following articles:
Article (1): The Supreme Committee for Legal Affairs of the Southern Transitional Council is formed from the following:
Dr. Saad Mohamed Saad, Chairman of the Committee
Dr. Saleh Ali Al-Marfadi, Vice- Chairman
Dr. Ali Hammoud Al-Awlaki, Member
Judge\ Salah Rashid Hussein, Member
Mohsen Ali Obaid, Member
Dr. Abdullah Ahmed Basohaib, Member
Dr. Abdulaziz Ali Hadi, Member
Article (2): The work of the committee is regulated by an organizational regulation list issued by a decision of the President of the Southern Transitional Council.
Article (3): This decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Southern Transitional Council and its media outlets.
