President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi meets with the head of the Southern Socialist Party

The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, met on Sunday, in his office in the capital, Aden, with the head of the Southern Socialist Party, Mr. Ali Munasar Mohammed.

The meeting discussed developments in the South, and the foreign political and diplomatic movements, in addition to the latest developments in consultations to implement the Riyadh Agreement.

President Al-Zubaidi praised the struggle and the national role of the cadres of the Southern Socialist Party, and their adherence to the principles of the liberating revolution of the people of the South, and the great sacrifices they made since the early nineties of the last century, which witnessed the first beginnings of the implementation of the plans of assassinations of the cadres of the Southern Socialist Party, and that are still continuing to the present day.

The meeting touched on the violations that affected the peaceful demonstrators in the governorates of Shabwa and Hadramout, and the excessive use of violence to suppress those protests, besides the militarization of civilian life by the terrorist Brotherhood militia, as well as the arrests and abuses against southern leaders and activists in those governorates.

For his part, the head of the Southern Socialist Party, highly valued President Al-Zubaidi's efforts in southern reunification and maintaining the unity of southerners, praising the successes achieved by the Transitional Council under the leadership of President Al-Zubaidi, at the local and international levels.
