Al- Awlaki: There is no country spends on its officials in foreign currency while its people are starving

The spokesman for the Southern Transitional Council and the member of Southern Transitional Council presidency,  Salem Thabet Al-Awlaki said in a statement: "There is no country that is in a state of war, with 38 ministries and 5-7 ministers of state,"
Al-Awlaki added:  "It does not stop there, in that state there are departments, agencies, offices, advisory committees,  and executive bodies related to these ministries with billions of foreign currency spent on them , while their people are dying of hunger,".
Al-Awlaki concluded his speech, stressing that: "This only happens in this country."
