The open-ended sit-in square in the capital, Aden, witnessed on Saturday a large influx of crowds from the Radfan districts, led by a member of the Presidium of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Dr. Nasser Al-Khubbaji, alongside popular participants from the Sheikh Othman and Khormaksar districts, and the presence of the head of the Counter-Terrorism Apparatus, Maj. Gen. Shalal Ali Shaya'.
The mass crowds arriving from the Radfan, Sheikh Othman, and Khormaksar districts entered the sit-in square amidst revolutionary chants and national slogans expressing the Southern street's coalescing around its political leadership, calling on the leadership of the South, led by President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, to declare the fully sovereign state of South Arabia.
The participating crowds reaffirmed the cohesiveness of the Southern ranks and the street's determination to continue the peaceful movement until achieving its legitimate demands of restoring and building the independent federal state of South Arabia, which they described as the popular choice agreed upon by the people of the South.
This massive public attendance comes as part of the series of ongoing popular events taking place at the open sit-in square in the capital, Aden, amidst stable organizational and security conditions, reflecting the extent of popular engagement and the broad rallying around the just and legitimate goals and demands of the people of South Arabia.
