President Al-Zubaidi Inspects Workflow at Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism
President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), inspected on Thursday the workflow at the headquarters of the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism in the capital, Aden.
During the visit, President Al-Zubaidi listened to a detailed briefing from the Deputy Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, Mr. Salah Al-Aqil; the ministry's undersecretaries; and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the 14 October newspaper on the progress of work in the ministry's various sectors, the government-run 14 October newspaper, and the activities of the ministry's offices in the governorates.
The President praised the ongoing efforts and stressed the importance of developing official media performance and the necessity of activating the role of government media and local radio stations in the governorates to help promote a unified national message.
President Al-Zubaidi further highlighted the importance of focusing on external media, regulating official media discourse, activating the ministry's offices, and enhancing job discipline within them to positively reflect on the quality of media, cultural and tourism work.
