President Al-Zubaidi Highlights Leadership Council's Commitment to Developing Performance and Building Capabilities of Security Services

His Excellency President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), reiterated the commitment of the PLC and the government to developing the performance and building the capabilities of security services across their various specialisations to reinforce the state of security and stability enjoyed by the capital, Aden, and the liberated governorates.

These remarks came during his meeting on Monday with the head of the Central State Security Apparatus (CSSA), Maj. Gen. Mohammed Musleh Aida, and his deputy, Maj. Gen. Faisal Badr Bageri. President Al-Zubaidi congratulated them on gaining the PLC confidence to lead the CSSA and reaffirmed that the establishment of the apparatus represents a strategic step to enhance the security system and provide it with qualitative capabilities.

President Al-Zubaidi discussed with the CSSA's leadership future work plans and mechanisms for developing its capabilities and stressed the importance of building a professional security agency based on discipline, efficiency, and respect for the law and keeping pace with rapid developments in modern technologies related to security work, which enhances security and stability across all liberated governorates.

In turn, Maj. Gen. Aida and Maj. Gen. Bageri expressed their appreciation for all support provided by President Al-Zubaidi to the security sector, affirming that this support constitutes a fundamental pillar for enabling the CSSA to carry out its duties efficiently.

The meeting was attended by Maj. Gen. Saif Ali Abu Omar, Office Director of the Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces.
