President Al-Zubaidi Visits Al-Shu'aib District and Inaugurates Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Model Educational Complex in Al-Qaz'ah Area
President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), paid a visit to Al-Shu'aib district in Al-Dhale'a Governorate on Wednesday as part of his participation in our people's celebrations of the 62nd anniversary of the glorious October 14 Revolution.
During the visit, in which His Excellency was accompanied by members of the STC's Presidium, Mr. Abdul Rahman Shahr, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Jifri, Mr. Moumen Al-Saqqaf, Head of the local leadership executive body (LLEB) in the capital, Aden, and Brigadier General Abdullah Mahdi Saeed, Head of the Al-Dhale'a LLEB, President Al-Zubaidi officially inaugurated the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Model Educational Complex in the Al-Qaz'ah area, which was newly constructed with generous funding from the brothers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Following the inauguration, President Al-Zubaidi toured the educational complex and was briefed on its various sections and the modern technical and technological equipment it features, and the President praised the level of construction and rehabilitation and the role it will play in supporting the educational process and providing a model study environment for the people of the district.
In a press statement, President Al-Zubaidi emphasized the importance of supporting the education sector in the South as a fundamental pillar in building generations and advancing society, expressing his sincere thanks and appreciation to HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, for his fraternal positions and unlimited support for development efforts in our country in various fields.
In his remarks to the local authority officials in Al-Shu'aib district, President Al-Zubaidi noted that the construction of this educational edifice in the district is in appreciation and recognition of the sacrifices and contributions made by Al-Shu'aib to the resistance during the war waged by the Houthi militias and throughout the Southern Liberation Revolution until today.
President Al-Zubaidi stressed the importance of making optimal use of this project, especially in the field of girls' education, affirming that there is an ambitious plan to improve the reality of the overall education process throughout the governorates of the South.
For his part, the Director-General of the district, Rouf Al-Ja'fari, expressed his gratitude and appreciation, on behalf of the people of the district, to President Al-Zubaidi and HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed for their support to the district and their contribution to driving development in it, reaffirming that the presence of such modern educational complexes would contribute to preparing a generation armed with knowledge, learning, and modern science skills.
