President Al-Zubaidi Inaugurates Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Educational Complex in Al-Azariq and Jahaf Districts in Al-Dhale'a Governorate
President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), inaugurated on Tuesday morning the two model Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Educational Complexes in the Al-Azariq and Jahaf districts of the Al-Dhale'a governorate, which were constructed with generous support from the brotherly United Arab Emirates (UAE).
In their first phase, each complex consists of 24 classrooms for basic and secondary education, in addition to specialized computer halls, scientific laboratories, and modern administrative facilities, contributing to improving the educational environment and providing quality educational opportunities for pupils in the two districts.
In his speech following the inauguration event, attended by a number of members of the STC Presidium, headed by Mr. Abdul Rahman Al-Amin, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidium, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Jifri, Mr. Moumen Al-Saqqaf, Head of the Transitional Executive Council of the Capital, Aden, and Brigadier General Abdullah Mahdi Saeed, Head of the Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) of the STC in Al-Dhale'a governorate, President Al-Zubaidi expressed his profound gratitude and appreciation to HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE, for his unwavering support for the journey of construction and sustainable development in our homeland.
President Al-Zubaidi pointed out the great importance of such vital projects in building a generation armed with knowledge and science, reaffirming that naming the two complexes after Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed is a message of loyalty and appreciation for a leadership that has presented a pioneering model in humanitarian giving and development support. Moreover, his Excellency clarified that these two educational projects represent a significant turning point in the educational process of the Al-Azariq and Jahaf districts.
The President concluded his speech by emphasizing that the STC will continue the journey of construction and development throughout the governorates of the South, side by side with the brothers in the Arab Coalition, in fulfillment of the sacrifices of the blessed martyrs and the efforts of the supporters of the South's journey towards stability and prosperity.
For their part, the general directors of the Al-Azariq and Jahaf districts and the directors of the education offices in the two districts expressed their thanks and gratitude for the significant efforts made by President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi to implement the two strategic projects, confirming that these quality projects in the education sector will have a major impact on the development of the two districts.
The officials of the two districts also extended special thanks, on behalf of the residents, to the UAE, both its leadership and people, for their continuous support to the rural areas, praising the fraternal stances of the brothers in the UAE alongside our people and their unlimited support in various humanitarian and developmental aspects.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh, Head of the Media and Culture Authority, and Mr. Khaled Mohsen Al-Khalifi, Head of the Education, Youth, and Sports Authority in the General Secretariat of the Presidium of the STC.
