President Al-Zubaidi Lays Wreath at Martyr Labuzah's Memorial and Visits Martyrs' Platform in Radfan

President Aidedrous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), paid a visit to the Freedom Square and Memorial in Radfan on Sunday morning as part of his field visit to Lahj Governorate, coinciding with the people of the South's celebrations of the 62nd anniversary of the glorious October 14 Revolution.

During the conducted visit, President Al-Zubaidi laid a wreath at the memorial of the heroic martyr Rajeh bin Ghalib Labuzah, the trigger of the spark of the Southern revolution against British colonialism, and recited Al-Fatihah for his soul and the souls of the blessed martyrs who watered the soil of the Southern homeland with their pure blood for the sake of freedom and independence.

Following this, the president headed to the Martyrs' Platform in Radfan, where he was warmly received by a large crowd from the local community, who expressed their pride and honor at his presence and participation in this immortal national occasion, reaffirming their full commitment to the choice of Southern independence under his wise leadership.

President Al-Zubaidi was accompanied on the visit by Mou'min Al-Saqqaf, member of the STC Presidium and Head of the Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) of the STC in the capital, Aden; Major General Saleh Ali Hassan, Head of Joint Operations of the Southern Armed Forces; Major General Mokhtar Al-Noubi, Commander of the Fifth Support and Reinforcement Brigade; Brigadier General Abdulsalam Al-Baihani, Head of Operations of the Presidential Protection Brigades; Mr. Waddah Al-Halmi, Head of the LLEB in Lahj Governorate; and Mr. Fadl Al-Qutaybi, Director General of Radfan District.
