President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree Appointing Dr. Mahmoud Shaif Hussein as Office Director of the STC President
President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued Decree No. 31 of 2025, whose first article stipulated the appointment of Dr. Mahmoud Shaif Hussein Hassan as Director of the Office of the President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC).
The second article of the decree stipulates to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered null and void and be published in the official gazette of the STC.
