President Al-Zubaidi Appoints Abdulaziz Al-Mansouri as Aden Governorate's Undersecretary for Defense and Security Affairs
President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) and President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued Decree No. (13) of 2025 on the appointment of an Undersecretary of Aden Governorate for Security and Defense Affairs.
Article (1) of the decree stipulates the appointment of Abdulaziz Al-Mansouri as Aden Governorate's Undersecretary for Defense and Security Affairs.
Article (2) of the decree stipulates to be enforced from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
