President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree Appointing Ali Mohsen Ruwais Al-Sulaimani as Assistant Deputy Governor of Shabwa Governorate
President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) and President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued Decree No. (11) of 2025 on the appointment of Assistant Deputy Governor of Shabwa Governorate.
Article (1) of the decree stipulates the appointment of Mr. Ali Mohsen Ruwais Al-Sulaimani as Assistant Deputy Governor of Shabwa Governorate.
Article (2) of the decree stipulates to be enforced from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
