President Al-Zubaidi Appoints Samir Mohammed Al-Hayaid as Undersecretary of Abyan Governorate for Security and Defense Affairs
President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) and President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued Decree No. (7) of 2025 on the appointment of an Undersecretary of Abyan Governorate for Security and Defense Affairs.
Article (1) of the decree stipulates the appointment of Samir Mohammed Saeed Al-Hayaid as Undersecretary of Abyan Governorate for Security and Defense Affairs.
Article (2) of the decree stipulates to enforced from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
