STC President Issues Decree to Reorganize Leadership Position in STC Presidium Secretariat

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued, on Thursday, July 24, decree (18) of the year 025 on reorganizing the leadership position in the General Secretariat of the STC Presidium.

The decree included the following articles:

Article (1): The following individuals shall be appointed to the leadership positions in the General Secretariat of the STC Presidium, as specified next to each of them:

1) Abdulrahman Jalal Shaher Al-Subaihi, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the STC Presidium

2) Nizarr Nasser Ali Haitham, Deputy Secretary General

3) Mohammed Ahmed Al-Shaqqi - Assistant Secretary-General for Governorate Affairs

4) Huda Mahdi Al-Sayyid Mohammed, Head of the Planning, Organization, and Capacity Development Authority

5) Anis Hussein Mohamed Al-Sharafi, Head of the Political Authority

6) Abdulaziz Ahmed Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh, head of the Media and Cultural Authority

7) Jaafar Mohammed Hussein Muna'em, head of the Economic and Service Commission

8) Khalid Mohsen Ali Al-Khalifi, head of the Education, Youth, and Sports Authority

9) Mukhtar Omar Saleh Al-Yafe'y, head of the Social Affairs Authority

10) Saleh Sari'a Ali Basarda, head of the Legal Affairs and Human Rights Commission

11) Niran Hassan Ali Souqi, head of the Women and Children Commission

12) Sheikh Khalid Abdullah Salem Al-Fadhli, head of the Religious Thought and Guidance Commission

Article (2): The following individuals shall be appointed as deputy heads of the bodies of the General Secretariat of the STC Presidium:

1) Hussein Qassem Nasr Al-Ghazali, Deputy Head of Planning, Organization, and Capacity-Building Authority

2) Mohammed Saleh Salemin Batis, deputy head of the Political Authority

3) Abdullah Awad Saeed Al-Haw, deputy head of the Media and Cultural Authority

4) Ahmed Ali Omar bin Sankar, deputy head of the Economic and Service Commission

5) Al-Kuraihi Tahir Kanaan Mohammed, deputy head of the Education, Youth, and Sports Authority

6) Mohammed Awad Bamatraf Al-Kindi, deputy head of the Social Affairs Authority

7) Mohammed Muqbel Saif Hassan, deputy head of the Legal Affairs and Human Rights Commission

8) Yasmin Ahmed Musa'ed, deputy head of the Women and Children Authority

9) Sheikh Ali Abdullah Ali Al-Bahr, deputy head of the Religious Thought and Guidance Authority

Article (3): The decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered null and void and to be published in the official gazette of the STC.
