President Al-Zubaidi Congratulates President of Djibouti on Independence Day
President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (LPC), sent a cable of congratulations to H.E. President Ismail Omar Guelleh, President of the Republic of Djibouti, on the occasion of the anniversary of his country's independence day.
