President Al-Zubaidi Congratulates Keller-Sutter on Election as Switzerland's President

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), sent a cable of congratulations to Her Excellency Karin Keller-Sutter on the occasion of her election as President of the Swiss Confederation.
