President Al-Zubaidi Congratulates President of South Sudan on Independence Day

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), sent a cable of congratulations today, Wednesday, to HE President Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic of South Sudan, on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.

In the congratulatory cable, President Al-Zubaidi expressed his best congratulations to President Salva Kiir, wishing him constant good health and happiness, and to the friendly people of South Sudan further progress, prosperity, and stability.
