President Al-Zubaidi Urges Addressing Situation of Students Studying in Cuba


President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), underlined the importance of addressing the situation of 
scholarshipped students studying in the Republic of Cuba. This came during his meeting today, Wednesday, with the ambassador in Havana, Mohammed Saleh Nasher.

President Al-Zubaidi listened to a comprehensive explanation from Ambassador Nasher about the work flow at the embassy, the services it provides to the students studying abroad on scholarships to the Republic of Cuba, the efforts it makes to strengthen bilateral relations with the Republic of Cuba, and ways to promote and enhance them in a way that serves the interests of the two countries and the friendly peoples.

At the end of the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi emphasized easing all the needs of scholarshipped students, caring for them, and helping them achieve their academic goals, praising the efforts of Ambassador Nasher and his keenness to follow up on the students' conditions and solve the problems they face.
