President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decrees Regarding Appointments and Promotions to Leadership Positions in the Southern Armed Forces.
President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, issued on Saturday, May 4, 2024, a number of decrees regarding appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the Southern Armed Forces.
The decrees are as follows:
1- Decree 2 of 2024, the first article of which stipulated approving appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the First Brigade, Presidential Guard, for 162 officers.
2- Decree No. 3 of 2024, the first article of which stipulated approving appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the First Brigade, Supporting and Reinforcement 162 officers.
3- Decree No. 4 of 2024, the first article of which stipulated approving appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the Third Commandos Brigade for 162 officers.
4- Decree No. 5 of 2024, the first article of which stipulated approving appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the First Infantry Brigade for 162 officers.
5- Decree No. 6 of 2024, the first article of which stipulated approving appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the Third Brigade, Supporting and Reinforcement 162 officers.
6- Decree No. 7 of 2024, the first article of which stipulated approving appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the Third Infantry Brigade for 162 officers.
7- Decree No. 8 of 2024, the first article of which stipulated approving appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the Second Brigade, Presidential Guard, for 162 officers.
8- Decree No. 9 of 2024, the first article of which stipulated approving appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the Fifth Decisive Infantry Brigade for 162 officers.
9- Decree No. 10 of 2024, the first article of which stipulated approving appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the First Brigade for 162 officers.
10- Decree No. 11 of 2024, the first article of which stipulated approving appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the Third Brigade for 162 officers.
11- Decree No. 12 of 2024, the first article of which stipulated approving appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the Thirteenth Commandos Brigade for 162 officers.
12- Decree No. 13 of 2024, the first article of which stipulated approving appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the Fourth Brigade, Supporting and Reinforcement 162 officers.
13- Decree No. 14 of 2024, the first article of which stipulated approving appointments and promotions to leadership positions in the Security Guard Battalion for 22 officers.
Article Two of the decree stipulates that all parties concerned with these decrees must take all relevant administrative and financial measures.
Article Three of the decrees stipulated that they should be effective from the date of their issuance, and be read by the small staff committee in the headquarters command of the relevant units.
