STC President Issues Decree No. 25 of 2024 on Appointment of Head and Deputy Head of the LLEB in Shabwa Governorate

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zoubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued on Friday, March 22, decree No. 25 of the year 2024, the first article of which stipulated the appointment of the following individuals to the positions indicated next to the name of each person in the local leadership executive body (LLEB) in Shabwa Governorate:

1- Lahmar Ali Laswad Salfouh Al-Awlaqi, Head of the LLEB in Shabwa Governorate

2-Salem Nasser Hussein Al-Shukaila Al-Qumaishi, Deputy Head of the LLEB in Shabwa Governorate

The second article of the decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published in the official gazette of the STC.
