President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zoubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued, on Monday, decree No. 22 of the year 2024, the first article of which stipulated the restructuring of the Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) of the STC in Lahj Governorate and adding members of the LLEB in the governorate.
Articles of the decree are hereby included:
Article (1): The LLEB in Lahj Governorate will be reconstituted as follows:
- Abdul Salam Nasser Saleh Saif, Head of the Financial and Administrative Administration
- Ghassan Saif Munasr Alib, Head of the Organizational Administration
- Anis Obadi Nasser Al-Ajili, Head of Social and Public Affairs Administration
- Adham Bel-Layl Salah Al-Ghazali, Head of the Youth and Sports Administration
- Farouk Abdul Razzaq Hussein Qassem, Head of Economic and Service Administration
- Rabi'ea Mohammad Abdullah Al-Saqqaf, Head of Women and Children Administration
- Adel Mohammed Ali Al-Jamali, Head of the Political Administration
- Majid Nabil Yeslam Shatur, Head of Religious Thought and Guidance Administration
- Fawzi Mohammad Muthanna Obaid, Head of the Legal and Human Rights Administration
- Mita'eb Awad Saleh Qarqoush, Head of the Media and Cultural Administration
- Bassem Mohammad Hassan Al-Dabash, Head of Martyrs and Wounded Administration
- Abdul Aziz Mohammed Hassan Al-Asnaj, Head of the Education Administration
- Murad Abdul-Aziz Ahmed Yahya, Head of the Secretariat Administration

Article (3): This decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published in the official gazette of the STC.
