STC President Issues Decree No. 15 of 2024 on Restructuring Assistant LLEB for Affairs of Valley and Desert Districts of Hadhramaut Governorate
President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zoubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued on Monday, March 11, Decree No. 15 of the year 2024, the first article of which stipulated the restructuring of the Assistant Local Leadership Executive Body (ALLEB) for the Affairs of the Valley and Desert districts of Hadhramaut governorate as follows:
1. Mohammad Mohsen Saleh Al Kathiri, Head of the Organizational Administration
2. Mohammad Anwar Abdullah Al-Tamimi, Head of the Political Administration
3. Amjad Yeslam Omar Sobeih, Head of the Media and Cultural Administration
4. Fadwa Salem Ali Al-Noubi, Head of Women and Children Administration
5. Abdulaziz Karama Khamis Lakman, Head of the Legal and Human Rights Administration
6. Saeed Rabie Saeed Ba-Jupir, Head of Martyrs and Wounded Administration
7. Naif Saeed Hamid Nusair, Head of the Economic and Service Administration
8. Khaled Saeed Karama Nasr, Head of the Education Administration
9. Abdul Malik Mohsen Al-Tamimi, Head of Social and Public Affairs Administration

The second article of the decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published in the official gazette of the STC.
