STC President Issues Decree No. 14 of 2024 on Restructuring LLEB in Hadramaut Governorate
President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zoubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued on Monday, March 11, Decree No. 14 of the year 2024, the first article of which stipulated the restructuring of the Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) in Hadramaut Governorate as follows:
1. Mohammad Saeed Abdullah Mubarak bin Haidara, Head of the Organizational Administration
2. Mohammad Mahmoud Mohammad Bajaber, Head of the Political Administration
3. Abdullah Saeed Abdullah Bawazir, Head of Media and Cultural Administration
4. Nahid Ahmed Musllam Balala, Head of Women and Children Administration
5. Haj Abdul Rahim Abdullah Bawazir, Head of the Legal and Human Rights Administration
6. Abdul Karim Abdullah Abdul Karim Al-Afif, Head of Martyrs and Wounded Administration
7. Saeed Awad Khaled Ba-Abad, Head of the Economic and Service Administration
8. Sofia Ahmed Ali Al-Yazidi, Head of the Education Administration
9. Mohammad Abdullah Saeed Artan, Head of Public and Social Administration
10. Salem Saeed Ba-Duqidq, Head of Religious Thought and Guidance Administration

The second article of the decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published in the official gazette of the STC.
