STC President Issues Decree No. 12 of 2024 on Restructuring LLEB in Al Dhalea Governorate

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zoubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued on Monday, March 11, Decree No. 12 of the year 2024, the first article of which stipulated the restructuring of the Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) in Al Dhalea Governorate as follows:

1. Mahmoud Qayed Muthanna Omar, Head of the Organizational Administration 
2. Salah Mohsen Ahmed Mohsen Al-Hariri, Head of the Political Administration 
3. Rayid Ali Shaif Ahmed Hussein, Head of the Media and Cultural Administration
4. Jalila Ali Qassem Reda, Head of Women and Children Administration 
5. Shafi'a Yahya Saleh Obaid, Head of the Legal and Human Rights Administration 
6. Abdullah Hussein Ahmed Hussein, Head of Martyrs and Wounded Administration 
7. Taher bin Taher Rashid Muthanna, Head of the Economic and Service Administration 
8. Fadhl Saleh Ali Mohammad, Head of the Education Administration 
9. Mohammad Mahmoud Ahmed Qaid, Head of Public and Social Administration
10. Sami Nasser Ali Muthanna, Head of Religious Thought and Guidance Administration 
11. Fareed Ali Mahdi Saeed, Head of the Financial and Administrative Administration 
12. Samir Saleh Hussein Mohammad, Head of the Youth and Sports Administration 

The second article of the decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published in the official gazette of the STC.
