STC President Issues Decree No. 10 of 2024 on Adding Members to Abyan LLEB and Appointments in Several of its Districts

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zoubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued on Tuesday, March 5, Decree No. 10 of the year 2024, on adding members to the local leadership Executive Body (LLEB) in Abyan Governorate and appointment to the LLEB in several of its districts.

Articles of the decree are hereby included:

Article (1): The following persons shall be added to the membership of the LLEB in Abyan Governorate:
1. Luqman Hussein Ahmed Al-Hamshi
2. Nasr Hussein Saeed Rajeh Al-Saadi
3. Sheikh Musa Ahmed Al-Haj
4. Mohsen Abdullah Nasser Abdullah

Article (2): 

The following shall be appointed to take the specified job positions as indicated next to the name of each person:

1- Hadi Saeed Abu Bakr Al-Sahmi, Head of the LLEB of Ahwar district.
2- Saleh Naji Zein Bin Attaf, Head of the LLEB of Khanfar district.
3- Ali Salem Salmeen Awad, Head of the LLEB of the Zinjibar District.
4- Mohsen Nasib Awad Nasib, Deputy Head of the LLEB of the Zinjibar district.

Article (3): This decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published in the official gazette of the STC.
