President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree No. 34 on Appointment of Secretary-General for General Secretariat of Presidium of the STC
The President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) issued today, Wednesday, Decree No. 34 of the year 2023, corresponding to Safar 14, 1445 AH, with its first article stipulating the appointment of Mr. Fadhl Mohammad Hussein Al-Gaadi, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidium of the STC.
Article (2): This decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published on the official gazette of the STC.
