President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree No. (2 M) of 2023 on Appointment of Commander for the Security Belt Forces of Abyan Governorate

The President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces issued today, Thursday, Decree No. (2 M) for the year 2023, its first article stipulating the appointment of Abdul-Latif Mohammad Hussein Bafakih, commander of the Security Belt Forces of Abyan Governorate.

Article (2): This decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published on the official gazette of the STC.
