President Al-Zubaidi Attends Musical Festival on 29th Anniversary of Disengagement Declaration

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), accompanied by Vice President Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, Chairman of the National Assembly, attended on Saturday evening at the National Theater in Al-Mukalla, the artistic musical ceremony organized by the executive body of the local leadership (EBLL) of the STC in Hadramout to commemorate the 29th anniversary of the disengagement declaration.

During the musical festival, which was also held on the occasion of hosting the sixth session of the National Assembly, the most beautiful songs and melodies were sung, written, and composed by the late great poet Hussein Abu Bakr Al-Mihdhar by the famous singer and artist Mahfouz bin Brik, and the two young artists Aref Faraj and Adnan Al-Attas. In addition to a number of concerts welcomingly celebrating the visit of President Al-Zubaidi to Hadramout governorate, a number of Al-Mukalla blooms and folk dance troupes were performed.

The ceremony was attended by a number of members of the STC's Presidium, heads of the auxiliary authorities of the Presidium, members of the Assembly, military commanders, security officers, and local leaders of the STC in Hadramout Governorate.
