President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree No. (6) 2023 on Appointment of Heads of Legal and Human Rights Body and GDFA of Southern Transitional Council
President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree No. (6) of year 2023, regarding appointment of Heads of Legal and Human Rights Body and GDFA of Southern Transitional Council (STC), today, monday.
Article (1): The two persons mentioned below shall be appointed to fill the specified tasks alongside each of them, and they are:
Dr. Saad Mohammed Saad Mohammed, Head of the Legal and Human Rights Authority
Dr. Saleh Mohsen Al-Hajj, Head of the General Directorate of Foreign Affairs (GDFA)
Article (2): The internal regulations of the auxiliary bodies determine the tasks and specialization of each of them.
Article (3): This decree shall implement from the date of its issuance, and any previous decree that contradicts its provisions shall be cancelled. It shall be published in the Official Gazette of the STC.
